The programs we work with include the following:

    • Commercial & Industrial – C&I:
      This program is geared to larger ConEd commercial customers with a demand of over 110KW. This program is a customized energy efficiency program with cash rebates on Lighting, Controls, HVAC, and other equipment.
    • Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program – MFEEP
      This program is designed for the Multifamily ConEd customers with a maximum of 80 residential units. Property management firms and building owners can upgrade their common area lighting, controls, and HVAC equipment with lucrative cash rebates that help reduce operating costs.
    • Small Business Direct Install – SBDI
      Focused on the small business base in NYC, this program offers up to 70% incentives of project cost to ConEd customers under 110KW Demand. This program offers incentives on LED lighting, controls, and refrigeration.
    • Demand Management
      For up to 5 buildings with at least a 50kW peak demand reduction. It is agreed up to 5 buildings minimum 10kW Peak Demand Reduction.
    • Solar Energy Program
      This program is suitable for any building with open roof top space. Up to 20-30% of the cost is covered and payback is within 3-4 years.
